Weare seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join ourteam as a Beef Production Superintendent. This is a permanent rolewithin our Manufacturing sector, responsible for overseeing allaspects of beef production, including quality control, food safety,and meat processing. This role is crucial to our operation,ensuring the highest standards of production are met, and ourproducts exceed our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

As aBeef Production Superintendent, your primary responsibilities willinclude: 1. Overseeing the daily operations of the beef productionline, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.2. Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensurethe highest quality of beef products. 3. Ensuring adherence to allfood safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, SQF, andUSDA guidelines. 4. Supervising the meat processing, including beefcuts, beef SKU cuts, and steak cuts. 5. Training and supervisingstaff, ensuring they are following all safety and qualityprotocols. 6. Collaborating with other departments to implement newproduction methods or processes. 7. Addressing any issues orproblems that may arise in the production line, and implementingsolutions promptly. 8. Regularly reviewing and updating productionprocesses and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.9. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all productionequipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for thisrole, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role within the Beef Processing industry. 2. Extensiveknowledge of quality control measures, food safety regulations, andmeat processing techniques. 3. Experience with HACCP, SQF, and USDAguidelines. 4. A thorough understanding of beef cuts, beef SKUcuts, and steak cuts. 5. Strong leadership and supervisory skills,with the ability to train and manage a team effectively. 6.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to addressissues promptly and implement effective solutions. 7. Strongcommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate with otherdepartments and communicate effectively with staff. 8. A high levelof attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of products atall times. 9. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment,managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
