Floating Technician Standard Farms PA 411 Susquehanna Street, White Haven, PA 18661 The Floating Technician position is a crucial role responsible for packaging brand partner finished goods and any additional production tasks as needed throughout the facility. This position will report directly to the Floating Supervisor and work closely with other departments to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required 2-3 years working experience in marijuana processing (required) Experience managing a team (required) Intermediate understanding of computer functions including e-mail, office, and general software (required) Experience handling botanical raw material processing, product manufacturing, and quality assurance and control protocols (required)

Responsibilities:

Assist with proper weighing, labeling, and documentation of all products as well as the tracking of batch numbers and other necessary measurable data. Complete regular sanitation and basic maintenance of production instruments and equipment including workspace, processing equipment, containers, and tools to maintain proper safety and compliance. Perform all assigned duties required in a timely and accurate manner ensuring daily processing goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as local, state, and OSHA regulations. Must be willing and able to occasionally work a flexible schedule as the business needs demand, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Other duties as assigned.
