As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Bakery Manager who is eager to take on more responsibility and grow into a key leadership role within the company. Job Overview We are seeking a driven and highly organized Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations and support our owner in running the bakery efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a long-term career opportunity and is willing to work hard to grow into an upper management role . You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth production, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily production and ensure the team stays on schedule Prepare ingredients and materials to maximize efficiency throughout the day Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for consistent quality Fill in along the production line as needed, including during breaks/lunches Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity Work closely with the owner to manage inventory, production schedules, and staffing Be a team leader and create a positive, collaborative work environment Qualifications Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or kitchen environment Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with others A hardworking, problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow in the company Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Excellent time management and attention to detail Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00 AM – 3:00
