The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and packaging meat products for sale, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role requires a strong focus on food handling practices, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Duties Wrap and package various types of meat products according to company standards. Ensure all products are labeled accurately with pricing and product information. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department area. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the department. Assist is Deli as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of culinary practices related to meat preparation. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
