You don’t need years of experience—just a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and a respect for quality food. This role is all about supporting our expert meat & seafood manager, helping prep and package beautiful cuts, keeping things clean and safe, and delivering great service to our customers. This is a great role for someone in the restaurant looking to fill in daytime hours with a great paying role that builds their skills. What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping with meat prep—cutting, trimming, and portioning with care Packaging and labeling items for the case or custom orders Keeping our workspace clean, organized, and food-safe Assisting with inventory (receiving, storing, and rotating product) Using knives and tools safely and confidently—we’ll train you! Helping customers with questions or custom requests Learning the ins and outs of butchery from a seasoned pro What Makes a
