25% off employee discount All team members are eligible for a 90-day raise Career Growth Opportunities Summary The Production Manager is responsible for driving efficient and effective back-of-house operations at KARM Stores. This leader ensures the processing team meets production goals in conjunction with sales goals while creating a Christ-centered, team-focused environment that supports the mission of KARM. The Production Manager oversees donation intake, presort, pricing, and merchandise flow to the sales floor, with a strong emphasis on performance, team development, and operational accuracy. This is a hands-on leadership role, deeply involved in the physical flow and daily activity of the production environment. Essential Functions of the Job Production Leadership Set daily/weekly production goals and communicate them clearly to the team. Monitor progress in real-time and adjust workflow or staffing as needed to stay on pace. Review Cyfe Dashboard regularly to understand store targets and communicate performance metrics to staff. Actively lead all aspects of merchandise flow from donation intake to sales floor readiness. Staff Management Provide regular coaching, feedback, and documentation for all team members. Manage performance issues promptly and in alignment with HR policy. Approve payroll timecards and oversee compliance with labor and scheduling guidelines. Operational Oversight Ensure all required paperwork, including labor reports and daily production logs, is completed with accuracy and submitted on time. Create and manage two-week schedules, adjusting for donation volume, store needs, and team availability. Maintain strong inventory control and pricing practices, training the team to identify value appropriately. Remove barriers that prevent production flow and team efficiency.
