In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in selecting car wash services. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned. Perform custodial tasks including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces inside the vehicle. Buff and polish vehicles to enhance their appearance. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment maintenance and surrounding spaces. Drive vehicles in and out of the wash bay while adhering to safety protocols. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Previous experience in a car wash or custodial role is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Familiarity with buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
