Our Assistant Managers will have the responsibility of working alongside our General Manager to run the day to day operations of our express tunnel car wash. With our state-of-the-art facility, above average compensation, and an opportunity to grow within the company, we are looking for a select few candidates who can meet our high standards of performance and customer service. We are looking for individuals who: Have a high energy level Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment Like working in an outdoor environment year round. (Not a desk job) Are strong lead-by-example leaders Available to work 40-45 hours per week including weekends. Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and direct employees to insure the operation of facility is running within Company guidelines Promote sales, manage expenses and maximize profitability. Recruit, develop and motivate teams to deliver the company’s vision; customer experience and financial strategies for the store. Ensure training of Team Members -Evaluate Team Member performance and set goals. Maintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance. Oversee preventative maintenance program Provide excellent customer service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures and processes. Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Other duties as assigned. Hands on job, not a desk job. Qualifications and Skills High school education or equivalent; some college preferred Knowledge of the car wash business preferred but not required Previous management experience Mechanical aptitude Proven leadership skills Strong communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends

Compensation:

$15 – $18 per hour based on experience
