The Community Life Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents within the community. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a community or recreational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

TRD Certification Experience in event planning or community outreach.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement a variety of recreational and social activities for residents. Assist residents in participating in community events and encourage social engagement. Collaborate with other staff members to assess residents’ needs and preferences for activities. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents during events and activities. Document participation and feedback from residents to continuously improve programming.
