Job Summary:

As the Recreation Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our diverse range of recreational facilities, including courts, sports areas, pools, and fitness center. From managing reservations to maintaining cleanliness and fostering a welcoming environment, your dedication will directly contribute to enhancing the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

Maintain comprehensive records of court reservations and assist with lesson scheduling to optimize facility usage. 2.

Facilities Maintenance:

Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization across all recreational facilities, ensuring they are always in prime condition for member enjoyment. 3.

Supply Management:

Procure necessary departmental supplies in alignment with club procedures, ensuring smooth operations and optimal resource utilization. 4.

Maintenance Coordination:

Collaborate with relevant departments to promptly address any maintenance issues or deficiencies, ensuring the seamless functioning of all facilities. 5.

Newsletter Contributions:

Contribute engaging and informative articles to the club’s newsletter under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, highlighting upcoming events and facility updates. 6.

Policy Enforcement:

Enforce club rules and policies, particularly those related to safety and conduct in athletic areas, to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all members. 7.

Pool Supervision:

Oversee the safe and hygienic operation of club swimming facilities, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. 8.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of accidents, incidents, and member feedback, facilitating timely reporting and resolution of issues. 9.

Administrative Support:

Assist departmental management in implementing club policies, goals, operating procedures, and standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization. 10.

Program Management:

Maintain programs according to the club’s monthly and yearly calendar/schedule, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services. 11.

Additional Tasks:

Complete any other appropriate tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team’s success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional Communication:

Possess outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor that resonates through all interactions. 2.

Organizational Proficiency:

Demonstrate strong clerical, data entry, and organizational abilities, maintaining meticulous records and managing multiple tasks effectively. 3.

Technological Aptitude:

Be computer-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and database management, with the ability to assist members with app downloads, logins, and navigation. 4.

Administrative Experience:

Bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, showcasing a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. 5.

Athletic Interest:

Exhibit a genuine interest and knowledge in various athletic programs, fostering enthusiasm and engagement among members. 6. Attention to
