The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, playing their first regular season home game on Sept. 3, 1995, in Jacksonville, Fla., and have since won four division titles. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate, Fulham Football Club, All Elite Wrestling, Bold Events and Iguana Investments. Since 2012, Mr. Khan’s impact on the Northeast Florida community has exceeded $500 million, including charitable giving through the Jaguars Foundation, capital improvements to EverBank Stadium and the creation of Daily’s Place, which hosts upwards of 40 concerts a year. The Entertainment Groups Seasonal Assistant is responsible for schedule and appearance coordination, inventory management, game day and event assistance, and other operational logistics associated with Jaguars entertainment groups, THE ROAR and the D-Line. What You Will Learn from Your Job Responsibilities How to coordinate the scheduling of appearances with internal and external clients for all entertainment groups How to communicate appearance schedules and details to clients and the members of the entertainment groups How to maintain a comprehensive database of all entertainment groups events and schedules How to coordinate invoicing and payment tracking How to create comprehensive recaps of the entertainment groups events and appearances with applicable metrics How to assist with the operational elements, along with the set up and break down, of the entertainment groups auditions, events, and appearances How to assist with the planning and registration process associated with youth events How to assist with creating and communicating game day schedules for all entertainment groups How to coordinate social content strategy and calendar How to coordinate logistics related to content creation, capture, and editing How to schedule and post content for entertainment groups in coordination with partner obligations and other team initiatives How to create comprehensive recaps of social content with applicable metrics How to maintain the database of uniforms and equipment inventory for all entertainment groups How to assist with deliveries and other events requiring a Jaguars representative and/or driver as needed How to assist with grassroots event activations and appearances involving The Prowler as needed How to review and reply to fan mail Job Qualifications Required Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, sports management, or associated field (college junior or senior) Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Possess a valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and common IT tools Proficiency in various social media platforms Proficiency in graphic design skills Preferred Combination of office work and practical work experience is preferred
