Director, Unified Champion Schools & Developmental Sports Programs Purpose:
The Program Support Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting both the Developmental Sports Program (DSP) and Unified Champion Schools (UCS) initiatives. This position ensures efficient distribution of materials, manages program databases, supports event and grant execution, and facilitates communication between teams.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent 1-3 years administrative experience Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products Ability to efficiently and effectively problem-solve Ability to work collaboratively Excellent customer service ethics and high expectations for quality
Responsibilities:
Assist with the ordering and distribution of sports equipment, awards, and other related supplies Data entry for participant records Assist with the tracking of grant funds to ensure proper coding and usage Assist with the management of department Smartsheets and dashboards Assist with data reporting for grants Support ordering and coordination of supplies for whole school engagement campaigns, virtual fundraisers, and Youth Summits Support paperwork management for schools participating in community based programs/leagues Provide general administrative and logistical support for programs as needed Other duties as assigned
Special Requirements:
Must be able to complete weekend and evening duties as assigned Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Status:
Part-time, not to exceed 30 hours per week.
