Role Overview:
Sweat Therapy Fitness, a premier boutique fitness studio in Tallahassee, is looking for a motivated and passionate Studio Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Studio Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our members while assisting with various operational tasks and sales. Key Responsibilities:
Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Presenting Sweat Therapy Fitness to any interested consumers via phone or in-person, also known as “intros” Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks Giving studio tours Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns Works hand-in-hand with instructors to prepare for classes Selling memberships to help the studio thrive Following up on prospective clients Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution Participating in marketing and outreach events Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced role Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekend availability is required. Excellent customer service skills Previous sales experience a plus Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment. Strong computer skills required — MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, studio program software use Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred Ability to work and function in an boutique studio environment Fitness experience preferred but not required
