All Seasons Attendant Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide support forExplorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features aFamily Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over agame of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix atThe Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is alsolocated on the island.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
• Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safeenvironment; activities may include, water sports, kids’ games,pool side movies and more

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior related experience of 2 years
• Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests,and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to workindependently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities andadjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the rolefilled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability towork weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possesslegal work authorization in the United States.
