Major Responsibilities Assist with resident activities, assessments, and activities profiles. Assist in scheduling movies, planning parties, and providing games/activities for residents. Encourage residents to participate in recreational social activities so that all residents are involved in activities by engaging in and organizing games, crafts, religious services, parties, etc. Assist Community Life Director in expanding services. Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results. Qualifications Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Some experience preferred in providing recreation services to residents in a health care setting.
