Activity Assistant Marshall Pines 743 North Belair Road, Evans, GA 30809 ## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and energetic Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an assisted living or other healthcare setting with activity planning, implementing, and promoting activities to enhance quality of life for all residents. ## Duties

• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning, implementing, and monitoring wellness and recreation programs to meet the specific needs of residents as well as state and local regulations.
• Provide hands-on involvement in programs during the residents’ scheduled times.
• Assists the Life Enrichment Director with the preparation and distribution of monthly activities calendar.
• Facilitate socialization among residents. ## Experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.
• Implementation of and leading activities in a healthcare setting, preferably assisted living or skilled nursing.
• Exhibit high level of energy and enthusiasm and be a self starter
• Possess excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, health screening, and TB clearance.
