Job Summary:
- Under the direct supervision of the Activity Manager, the Activities Attendant leads and supervises groups and individuals in outdoor activities at Unicoi State Park and Lodge.
They ensure participant safety and provide instruction in activity-specific skills and techniques. Why Work Here? Essential Functions:
- Leading and organizing engaging activities for guests Gathering required equipment for activities Recruiting participants and guiding events Leading outdoor groups, emphasizing safety and skill development Providing safety briefings and logistical information to participants Developing outdoor activity programs for different groups Creating learning materials for groups Conducting training sessions in outdoor and classroom settings Performing and updating risk assessments Documenting incidents and preparing incident reports Maintaining and preparing equipment Supporting catering and housekeeping tasks •
