Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Scitaute Public Schools is seekng a dedicated and skilled Supervisor for the Cobly Cutler Fitness Center.
ESSENTIAL DUITES & RESPONSIBILITES
Instructs and demonstrates skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team achievement
Teach and improve students the fundamentals and principles of fitness
Develops appropriate training programs and practice schedules
Ensures the proper cleaning, storage, and maintenance of the fitness center
Provides direction, encouragement, and motivation to prepare students to workout
Plan and direct physical conditioning programs that enable students to achieve maximum performance
Instruct students on proper techniques and the rules of the fitness center
Ensure that medical and safety requirements are adhered to
Attends all sessions and is punctual
Attends all training and staff meetings, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
CPR certified or willingness to obtain certification prior to starting position
Previous coaching experience and participation in a college or high school sports program prefered
