$22.7K – $28.3K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description The Group Fitness Coordinator (GFC) is the club leader for all Group Fitness activities including but not limited to class schedules, instructor schedules, and training. The GFC will promote diversity and acceptance and create a warm welcoming environment for members while ensuring our members receive the highest quality of service and clean facilities. He or she will exhibit an ability to achieve the targets for the club as outlined in the operational plan by motivating, leading, supervising and coordinating the activities of team members engaged in servicing our member needs. The GFC will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the CRUNCH brand.
