Job Description
Under direction of Fitness Center Management, executes and ensures daily operations are performed as per established polices & practices. Ensures facilities remain clean and the staff promotes a friendly atmosphere while assisting patrons with questions and equipment needs. Provides superb customer service to military patrons
Responsibilities
Ensure fitness center rules, regulations and safety practices are properly enforced
Ensure security and accountability of equipment and property
Ensure cleanliness/serviceability of equipment
Maintain accurate event/facility attendance records for programs
Handle telephone inquiries, greet visitors, and provide information as needed
Assist with special events within the department
Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license
Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness center type environment
Must be available to work any/all shifts as needed (Shifts vary early AM-late PM)
Must be willing to work on holidays
