$26K – $30.8K a year 1 day ago Qualifications CPR Certification Mid-level High school diploma or GED Driver’s License 1 year CNA Full Job Description Under the supervision of the Home Care Coordinator (RN), the Lead Personal Care Attendant is responsible for working with indirect supervision from the Life Enrichment Coordinator. Responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Assists with organization and implementation of activity program. Monitors health status and provides a safe environment for participants. Functions as a member of Interdisciplinary Team. Provides direction and supervision to Personal Care Attendants. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent/Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). Requirements of C.N.A are current license as Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of North Carolina required, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience in working with the frail or elderly population required. A minimum of one year of experience as Team Lead/Leader No nights Monday – Friday Some Weekends
