Salary:

Minimum $10 – $15 per hour Depending on Qualifications

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

The position is Part-Time (limited up to 20 hours per week) created to assist in youth and adult athletic programs (planning, organizing, and directing a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational activities) throughout the week and weekends. Other duties consist of the following: Responsible for supervising sports leagues, events, and athletic rentals Responsible for overall site supervision at practice and game locations Provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants Know rules of the sport or event they are supervising Set up and tear down the equipment before and after the game as needed Possess knowledge of how to keep score at games or ability to learn Understand and implement at BPRD rules, policies, and procedures Be extremely responsible, punctual and detail oriented Must be able to perform physical labor tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs.) Must be able to work in all weather conditions Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Some Experience in Parks and Recreation Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check will be required Equal Opportunity Employer
