As a Fitness Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals by providing personalized guidance, support, and motivation. Duties Engage with potential clients to assess their fitness needs and goals. Develop customized fitness programs based on individual assessments. Provide expert advice on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness. Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress regularly. Promote group fitness classes and personal training services to increase membership sales. Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends and industry best practices. Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients during workouts. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance client experiences. Requirements Proven experience in fitness sales within a gym or health club setting. Strong understanding of physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Background in personal training or sports coaching is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certification in personal training or group fitness is a plus but not mandatory.
