Overview
Work in collaboration with the Life Enrichment Coordinator for Kent Village to enrich the quality of the residents’ social, recreational, intellectual, and spiritual lives. Responsible for running and or assisting in activities as well as communicating needs the residents may have to the Director.

Responsibilities
Leading activity groups for the appropriate level of care assigned.
Keeping work area, including desk and Activity Room, neat and orderly at all times.
Lead activities based on the calendar and set up and put back everything required for the activity.
Assisting in transporting those residents who require assistance to attend activities.
participate in maintaining the upkeep of activities equipment.
Print & provide a large print calendar each month for visually impaired residents.
Individual responsibility for self-safety and that of the immediate work environment.
Annual updated attendance at Community sponsored seminars, which include but are not limited to, body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.
Other tasks as requested.
Qualifications

When necessary, ability to make adjustments during an activity to accommodate the group.

Ability to conduct delegated tasks.
Ability to understand and follow the policies and procedures outlined in The Huntington at Nashua Employee Manual.
