Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm The duties of the Activity Coordinator include: Assist the Activity Director with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events. Conduct indoor and outdoor activity programs Conduct intake interviews and enter resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes in their electronic medical records. Conducting and entering resident satisfaction surveys. Provide leadership to Activities Assistants and assist with training new staff. Tuition Reimbursement Program Requirements:
Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings required. Must be available to work holidays. Minimum 2 years in an activities program within a health care setting required.
