Full Job Description Pay Rate:

$15.60 Hourly Per Diem

GENERAL SCOPE

Assist in various forms of therapeutic engagement to benefit resident’s quality of life

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

Must be at least 14 years of age and have proper working permits. Ability to follow verbal and written directions and communicate and work in a team oriented setting. High degree of reliability needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide group and individual programs as assigned Provide save methods of transportation for residents. Input statistics for attendance Ensure the safety of the residents during recreation therapy programs. Supervise volunteers. All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

Experience or interest in working with older adults. Experience working in a youth or older adult recreation program.
