Job Function:

Perform audits and organize tenant charts to ensure records are complete and up to date according to the Table of Contents. Classify and categorize tenant records under the guidance of the program director for easy access and retrieval. Safeguard sensitive tenant information by following confidentiality policies and handling records with professionalism. Report findings and issues to the program director and collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and compliant records.

Job Requirements:

High School Degree required. 2-3 years of record keeping experience coming from a NFP or HC facility. MS Office specifically excel experience required. Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
