What is your role? The primary purpose of the job position is to organize, implement, evaluate and direct the Activities Programs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility and as directed by the Director, to ensure that the emotional, recreational, and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis. Implement, evaluate and direct the Activities Programs. Present movies, parties, games, projects, crafts, resources, and field trips for residents. Assist bed patients with writing letters, running errands, making appointments, etc. Monitor activities to ensure that resident’s emotional, recreational and social needs are met
