Part-Time Southwestern Nursing and Rehab Shift:

8 hours per week and 4 hours each weekend day Brighten Lives We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Activities Aide to join our team and bring joy, engagement, and meaningful moments to our residents. If you love working with people, planning fun activities, and making a real impact every day—this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with the planning and delivery of daily recreational and therapeutic activities Encouraging resident participation in games, music, crafts, social events, and outings Helping set up and clean up activities Engaging with residents to support their emotional well-being and build meaningful connections Documenting resident involvement and feedback for activity planning

What We’re Looking For:

A caring and upbeat attitude Great communication and people skills Ability to motivate and encourage others Organized and dependable Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays
