- Advancement Opportunities In this role, you will: Provide directsupervision, leadership, and serve as a role model to clients whileinteracting in a therapeutic and meaningful manner.
Implement thedaily activity schedule and structure and coordinate clientactivities, such as Family Night, Structured Recreation, etc.
Facilitate and document various psycho-educational groups viastandardized curricula. Conduct scheduled and random head counts toprovide effective people security.
Hiring Requirements:
High SchoolDiploma or equivalent required. Must possess a valid PennsylvaniaDriver’s License. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able topass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Must passboth federal and state background checks which screen for crimesincluding, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes,sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeatedmisdemeanors. Flexibility to work overtime as required.
