DMMcreates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted ininnovative strategy, and provides clients with communitymanagement, creative, video production, influencer, talent, andperformance marketing capabilities. We are currently looking for aSocial Media Supervisor, Sports to join our TV & Streamingdivision, where you’ll be responsible for creating and overseeinginnovative social media brand strategies for major sporting events.
The Supervisor will manage a team of Social Media Managers and willlead the team, and client relationships, to implementout-of-the-box and social-first brand voices, content, andcommunity management strategies that engage audiences and encourageconversation. We are looking for someone who has extensiveexperience leading a team on social media strategies, social toneand voice, and is an expert on sports social campaigns. Successfulcandidates must have four to five years of experience in the socialmedia space, preferably within an agency environment. Your ImpactLead and communicate client social media strategy, social voice &tone, content and community management Build meaningfulrelationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them tounderstand and identify their business issues, strategies,initiatives, priorities and expectations Manage a team of socialmedia managers working on various sports channels Provide qualityassurance on all social media content calendars and posting tosocial media accounts by your team members Lead and optimize theday-to-day operations of the account including management ofapprovals for all deliverables across various projects Manage thescope to ensure that we are fulfilling our obligations to theclient Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achievethe client’s objectives Your Experience 4-5 years of experience inthe social media space A robust working expertise in the sportsindustry and community Ability to develop and maintain timelines,assets and the many moving parts of a campaign Ability to managemultiple projects and extremely tight deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment Experience leading cross functional campaigns andprojects Experience leading and mentoring social mediaprofessionals A passion for sports as well as a keen understandingof audience behaviors online Ability to collaborate and work aspart of a team $75,000
- $100,000 a year The salary range for thisrole is $75,000
- 100,000 a year and is based on experience,responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and islocation specific.
