Boathouse Retail Attendant Hampton Lake Community Association 200 Hampton Lake Crossing, Bluffton, SC 29910 The Tackle Box in Hampton Lake is the “go to” place for our owners and their guests to rent a boat, take out a kayak or a bicycle, purchase a unique item for their home or pick out a special gift for someone. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Tackle Box Manager with merchandise displays, sales and inventory. 2. Be able to accurately convey rules to owners and guests regarding rental of boats, kayaks, bicycles, fire pits and campground facilities. 3. Assist Boathouse Coordinator with cleaning and upkeep of boats, kayaks and bicycles as well as surrounding dock area. 4. Confidently assist in launching boats and kayaks. 5. Answer phone in a polite and courteous manner. 6. Provide excellent customer service to owners and guests. 7. Assist with events as needed. This position requires availability to work holidays and weekends. Must be able to lift and rack kayaks (50lbs) and assist with the docking of boats. Experience in private clubs or the hospitality industry and/or knowledge of fishing are a plus. Don’t miss the chance to join a great team and be part of an excellent work environment!
