The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all gym members. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. The Gym Attendant will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our members while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Duties Greet and assist gym members with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities. Monitor gym activities to ensure safety protocols are followed. Stock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure availability for members. Supervise gym floor activities, providing guidance and support to members. Promote memberships and services through effective sales techniques, including upselling when appropriate. Communicate effectively with members candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic cash handling procedures. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
