ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Responsible for assigning job duties to associates and acting as the shift leader + Overseeing cleanliness of the Resort Pool operations and department organization + Ensuring all Pool operations standards are met + Competent handling guest complaints in a professional manner. + This person will be able to train a ssociates
QUALIFICATIONS
+ College Degree or educational equivalent preferred + Supervisory experience preferred + Luxury hospitality experience is a plus + Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner + Must be organized + Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors + Have a vast array of knowledge about recreational activities applicable to the area. + Valid U.S. drivers license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. There is no effective protection from weather. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs frequently.
