ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for assigning job duties to associates and acting as the shift leader Overseeing cleanliness of the Resort Pool operations and department organization Ensuring all Pool operations standards are met Competent handling guest complaints in a professional manner. This person will be able to train a ssociates
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree or educational equivalent preferred Supervisory experience preferred Luxury hospitality experience is a plus Strong passion for customer service; experience handling and resolving guest concerns in a timely manner Must be organized Strong verbal communication skills-ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors Have a vast array of knowledge about recreational activities applicable to the area. Valid U.S. drivers license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. There is no effective protection from weather. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs frequently.
