We are searching for energetic and charismatic individuals to join our team! Job Summary The Assistant Fitness Director (AFD) is responsible for the Personal Training team’s overall direction, coordination, sales, operations, and success under the guidance of the club’s Fitness Director. Duties & Responsibilities Meeting potential clients with initial fitness assessments; presenting and selling the benefits of Personal Training Consistently and effectively manage trainers to ensure client satisfaction Provide guidance, coaching, and corrective action to staff when necessary Ensure all clients are receiving high quality training Meet or exceed Personal Training department revenue goals Ensure all administrative aspects are accurate and current Follow up with any missed appointments/sessions Maintain current knowledge of pricing and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with members and prospective clients Conduct personal training sessions as necessary Other duties as assigned Compensation Full time employee Salary + commission eligible Full time benefits eligible Health/dental/vision insurance Two weeks paid time off (applicable to certain roles) Complimentary gym membership Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree

  • Kinesiology or Exercise Science (preferred) Sales experience
