Wellness Director Job Description:

The Wellness Attendant is the assistant to the Wellness Director. This individual will assist in daily administrative and housekeeping task.

Essential Job Functions:

General clerical assistance Managing spa services schedule Confirming, billing and following up on Member appointments Greeting Members and guests as they enter the facility Answering questions concerning use of equipment and class schedules Actively promote upcoming Wellness and Club events Assist the Wellness Director with daily cleaning and sanitizing Maintain and clean and organized Wellness Center Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is being used properly

This is a part-time position.

C ompetencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe InDesign, Google Sheets, Jonas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. .

Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or GED required Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree recommended 1-2 years of related experience
