Resident Liaison:
Communication:

Problem-solving:
Addressing resident concerns and complaints, finding solutions quickly and efficiently.
Feedback:
Gathering resident feedback and ensuring it’s communicated to management.
Relationship Building:
Developing strong relationships with residents, building trust, and ensuring they feel respected and valued.
Documentation:
Keeping detailed records of interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
Safety:
Ensuring residents are aware of safety procedures and protocols.
Coordination:
Working with management team to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Tasks:
Supporting the management team with administrative duties.
Essential Skills:
