Role:

The Guppy Camp Counselor plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children attending the camp. This position involves planning and leading various activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and creativity among campers. Counselors will be responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive relationships with both campers and their families. The ultimate goal is to provide a memorable and enriching experience that encourages personal growth and social development. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting. Current Lifeguard Certification (CPR and First Aid).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar role. Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead daily activities and games that promote physical activity and teamwork. Supervise campers during all activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
