- Hybrid work Mitchell Tees, in Pittsford Vermont, is looking to grow our sales and customer service team.
We provide custom swag, signs, and sports to a wide customer base. We work hard to develop relationships with the intention of being a one stop shop for clients. We are in search of an individual that shares our passion for outfitting teams, businesses, and organizations. Familiarity with our industry, or an existing network of contacts would be an asset to your success. Technologically Savvy:
Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred). Responsibilites Calling on a list of pre-qualified accounts, cold calling, product demonstrations, prospecting for new accounts, and customer service. Establish contact, build, and maintain relationships with customers. Offer product support, presentations, and visits when needed. Planning, forecasting, executing, managing, and your customer base are essential to success. Travel within Vermont and neighboring borders is required. Sales Representatives must be able to multi-task, offering excellent customer service while also being organized and motivated to sell. Assist the sales and customer service team with answering phone calls and walk in customers. Requirements Have a professional, outgoing personality. Be able to work independently and be a motivated self starter. Be able to multi task and prioritize effectively. Possess strong written and oral communication skills. Have a basic understanding of, and comfort level working with computers, to be able to enter orders into our production software system. Have a valid driver’s license and their own reliable transportation. Attend clinics, trade shows, and exhibitions as required to further the introduction, promotion, and sales of Company product lines. Participate in scheduled Company sales meetings.
