Job Responsibilities:
Reservations & Sales Promptly respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and enthusiasm. Guide guests through the reservation process, highlighting property features, amenities, and local experiences. Upsell and cross-sell available properties, add-ons, and services to maximize occupancy and revenue. Accurately enter and update reservations using the property management system (PMS). Stay informed about availability, rates, promotions, and policies. Guest Experience & Support Assist guests with pre-arrival planning and special requests such as early check-ins, late check-outs, or in-room amenities. Serve as a friendly and reliable resource, resolving questions and concerns quickly and effectively. Proactively address guest issues and escalate more complex concerns to management when needed. Coordinate with housekeeping inspection and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. Administrative & Operational Support Process payments, modifications, cancellations, and reservation changes accurately and efficiently. Maintain in-depth knowledge of properties, seasonal offerings, and local attractions to better assist guests. Assist in collecting guest feedback and support initiatives to enhance overall service quality. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Guest Experience Manager and fellow team members to maintain service consistency and uphold standards. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in ongoing development opportunities. Qualifications Knowledge of Amelia Island is required to offer relevant recommendations and personalized service. Must have a dedicated remote work setup with reliable internet and a quiet, professional environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality strongly preferred. Proficiency with property management systems and communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail and organization. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Starting Pay:
$22/hour
Increase:
$23/hour after 90 days upon successful training completion
