Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner. Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner. Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations. De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.

PAID Training Schedule :

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 4 weeks (7/14/25 – 8/8/25) Shifts available:

SHIFTS:

5 days a week (One weekend day & 4 weekdays)

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND

DAY and

ANY SHIFT BETWEEN 7

30am and 10:00pm (specific schedule will be discussed and agreed upon during interview process)

Pay:

$15.87/hr base PLUS performance pay

Salary & Benefits:
