The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing phone reservations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, and services offered. Assist customers in making reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures. Ensure all reservations are accurately entered into the system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-reservation to confirm details and enhance service. Other duties as needed. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in using reservation platforms, specifically SEVENROOMS and OpenTable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
