a Ticket Sales Associate Manager for our ticket booth on the Waterfront. Work directly on the lake with a fun and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing booth staff: scheduling, training, optimizing sales and maintaining friendly customer experience
• Opening and setting up the ticket booth.
• Responsible for individual cash drawer for transactions.
• Responsible for ensuring that all boat rental documentation is accurately taken and that customer is given all safety information and video overview.
• Acting as a key salesperson and overseeing other associates driving people to take our cruise rides or rent a boat.
• Answering phones and taking online reservations.
• Able to lift 10 lbs. We will train you to release and catch the lines of our boats.
• Keeping the booth clean and neat, both inside and outside.
• Communicate with captains and boat staff about cruise numbers.
• Communicate any issues with direct supervisor.

Must have:

• Experience as a manager in retail setting
• Cashier experience
• POS (point of sales) experience
• Experience with cash and credit card transactions
• Retail/Sales experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with scheduling and direct management of staff Must be:
• Friendly and personable. Must be comfortable talking with and guiding tourists from all over the world.
• Organized and neat.
• Mature, Punctual, Reliable and Honest
• Able to work an 8-12 hour shift.
• Available to work holidays and weekends through the season. Please include last date able to work.
• Able to put phone away for shift (aside from breaks).

Days required for month of April are Friday – Sunday. More hours would be added in May, as our operations expand.
