We are seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily FOH operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and dining room management. Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to ensure high service standards. Lead by example to create a positive and professional work environment. Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and implement service improvements. Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of FOH staff. Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to maximize efficiency. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication between FOH and BOH. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws. Oversee inventory and ordering of FOH supplies, including beverages and service essentials. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, events, and seasonal menu rollouts. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a FOH Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. ServSafe and alcohol service certification (preferred).
