General Manager De-railed Diner Robertsdale, AL 36567 The General Manager at De-Railed Diner is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for delivering a memorable dining experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all daily operations of the diner, including front and back of house. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and a positive team environment. Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining atmosphere. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure supply needs are met. Oversee budgeting, payroll, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales. Provide hands-on support during busy periods, including hosting, serving, or cooking as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual or themed dining. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operations effectively. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety knowledge preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
