Job Description
Assistant Manager of Development 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 626 Boll Weevil Cir, Enterprise, AL 36330 Role Purpose To lead and steward the Front of House training and development pipeline. From new hire Boot Camp through graduation and trainer development. Setting the standard for excellence, implementing the Operator’s vision at every level, and equipping Team Members to thrive. This role ensures efficient, high-quality training that builds capability, establishes strong habits early, and supports the long-term health of a $9M+ organization. Training Execution Own and manage the training schedule for new hires and current Team Members. Facilitate high-quality Boot Camp training that meets time-to-train targets. Conduct regular Team Member and Trainer evaluations to ensure alignment and growth. Lead monthly “Champion Dive” meetings and weekly “Role Call” meetings to track development progress.
