• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to join our dynamic team. The Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our quick casual dining experience, ensuring exceptional hospitality, and contributing to the growth of our business.
• Duties
• Manage and maintain our restaurant’s high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Oversee the preparation of food and drinks for our customers, including catering, and Drive Thru.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Supervise and train a team of hospitality professionals, including kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to deliver our menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and implement new initiatives.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to our company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in casual dining or hospitality management.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
• Experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with catering and drive thru.
• A strong commitment to customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary degree is an asset.

$52,000.00

• $60,000.
