Position Summary As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our hotel’s restaurant, bar, banquet service, and in-room dining operations. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service Overseeing daily operations across breakfast, dinner, bar, and banquet services Creating menus and managing recipes, inventory, and cost control Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local food safety regulations Scheduling staff based on business demand while managing labor and food costs Training, mentoring, and supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house staff Conducting daily walkthroughs to maintain high operational standards What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management (preferred) Well-rounded knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations Valid Manager Food Handling Certification A team player with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A proactive, guest-centric attitude with a passion for excellence Why Join RAM Hotels?
