Assistant General Manager Arby’s Birmingham, AL 35204 Position Overview As a General Manager at Arby’s, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high standard of customer service. This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while managing financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management :

Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash management.

Team Leadership :

Recruit, train, and develop Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.

Financial Oversight :

Monitor and analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

Customer Service Excellence :

Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Compliance and Safety :

Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum of 1-2 years in foodservice management, with Profit & Loss responsibility.

Skills :

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications :

ServeSafe certification is a plus; training may be provided.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to 10 hours; frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
